Sylvia Ann Wiggins, Executive Chairman

Ms Wiggins has over 14 years' experience in investment banking, with particular focus on the structured finance industry and products. Ms Wiggins has acted as an adviser to Australian and foreign governments and government-owned entities, as well as numerous private entities participating in complex transactions.

Ms Wiggins joined the Babcock & Brown Group in 1993 and has worked in the Sydney and London offices and extensively in the New York office of the Babcock & Brown Group, specialising in structured finance. Ms Wiggins is the Co-head of Structured Finance - Asia for the Babcock & Brown Group. Prior to its initial public offering and ASX listing, Ms Wiggins was an international partner in the privately owned Babcock & Brown business. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Jurisprudence from the University of New South Wales. Ms Wiggins is based in the Sydney office of the Babcock & Brown Group.

Tara Leonard Railton, Deputy Chairman (Independent)

Ms Railton has 15 years' experience in the insurance market and extensive experience in corporate structuring and reorganisations which address changing regulatory environments. Her roles included President and Chief Executive Officer and Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Centre Group Holdings Limited. Most recently, Ms Railton was Chief Financial Officer of Arlington Tankers Limited, a NYSE listed shipping company. Ms Railton holds an honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University, Canada. Ms Railton is a Chartered Accountant and a Canadian citizen residing in Bermuda.

Robert Topfer, Global Head of Corporate and Structured Finance

Mr Topfer joined the Babcock & Brown Group in 2000. Prior to this Robert was a founding partner of the law firm Atanaskovic Hartnell and prior to that a partner of Allen Allen & Hemsley. Robert is also a Director of Assentinsure Limited and Babcock & Brown Communities Group. Robert holds a Bachelor of Law and Arts from the Australian National University. Robert has over 20 years of specialist structured and corporate finance experience across many industry sectors. He is based in Sydney.

Joel Peter Schaefer (Independent)

Mr Schaefer is the President and Chief Executive Officer of CAPITAL G Investments Ltd, a fund management entity based in Bermuda. He is Chief Investment Officer of CAPITAL G Bank Ltd, also based in Bermuda. He is responsible for the management of CAPITAL G Investments Ltd and reports to the Chairman and board of directors of CAPITAL G Ltd. His major responsibilities include development and management of the investment companies controlled by the CAPITAL G Group. Mr Schaefer is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder. Mr Schaefer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wesleyan University. He has held a number of senior positions with the Bank of Bermuda prior to joining the CAPITAL G Group. He is based in Bermuda.

Dilhan Pillay Sandrasegara (Independent)

A lawyer, Mr Pillay is a Partner and Head of the Capital Markets and Corporate practice group at WongPartnership and a director of its joint law venture firm, Clifford Chance Wong Pte Ltd. He has 17 years of experience in the legal industry, having worked at Shook Lin & Bok between 1988 and 1992, and at WongPartnership (and its predecessor firm) thereafter. Mr Pillay holds a Bachelor of Laws Honours degree from the National University of Singapore and a Master of Laws degree from Cambridge University. He was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 1989.

Lee Soon Kie (Independent)

Mr Lee is the Group Chief Executive Officer and an executive director of IFS Capital Limited which is listed on SGX-ST where he has overall responsibility for management of the group. He holds a B.A. from the National University of Singapore as well as a M.Sc. Computer Science (Dist.) from the University of Wales (Aberystwyth). In his career, Mr Lee has worked at Schroders, ABN Amro and PhillipCapital Group. Mr Lee holds a number of directorships within the PhillipCapital Group as well as the IFS Group.
