Corporate Governance
Babcock & Brown Global Investments Limited's (BBGIL) Board of Directors is responsible for the strategic and corporate governance of BBGIL. It makes all investment and divestment decisions for BBGIL, based on recommendations of the Manager, Babcock & Brown Global Investments Management Pty Limited. The Board also determines the financial policies of BBGIL and is responsible for ensuring that the Manager is performing its duties under the Management Agreements.
