Relationship with Babcock & Brown
Babcock & Brown Global Investments Limited (BBGIL) has an on-going relationship with the Babcock & Brown Group on a number of levels:
- the Manager is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Babcock & Brown Group;
- AGSO Property Pty Ltd (as trustee for Babock & Brown Prime Broking Trust), wholly owned by the Babcock & Brown Group, holds shares comprising approximately 14.3% of the issued capital of BBGIL; and
- two of BBGIL's Directors are appointed by the Manager and are Babcock & Brown Group employees.
