Alternative Assets
BBGIL regards Alternative Assets as those which have not yet become mainstream, but which show relative value opportunities and where exposure can be managed. Assets within this class will vary over time and to some extent, will overlap with the Operating Lease Assets, and Loan Portfolio and Securitisation Assets. They have the inherent potential for attractive returns and, in the medium term, the potential to broaden investor community acceptability of the assets.
Within this category, BBGIL’s short-term focus will be on single obligor structured finance loans and music copyright.
