Ancora - Pepper Securitisation No. 3 Investment
Ancora owns two classes of notes (non-rated and senior net interest margin notes) in Pepper Residential Securities No. 6. The loan portfolio is secured against Australian residential property. These notes are issued by a securitisation vehicle whose non-conforming mortgage loan assets have been originated by Pepper Home Loans Pty Ltd, the third largest originator of non-conforming real estate mortgages in Australia.
